Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will not accept items that have signs of wear. 
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
We replace items only if the size is not right. If you need to exchange the size for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: scheepstimmermanstraat 124, 1019 WZ Amsterdam, Netherlands.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Scheepstimmermanstraat 124, 1019 WZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost in transit. For that reason we recommend using a service with tracking.
Within the Netherlands we recommend using Post.NL Track&Trace service. Internationally you could use your local country’s postal service, with tracking.
Please be sure to include a note with your name and reason for return enclosed in your package.
